Welcome to the Help Centre for Merit Marks Classroom. This page answers common questions about accounts, courses, payments, certificates, and technical issues. If you still need assistance, email meritmatrix25@gmail.com.
Getting started
- Create an account: Go to Register, fill in your details, and submit.
- Sign in: Visit Login and use your email and password.
- Find courses: Browse the course catalogue and click Enroll.
Account issues
- Forgot password: Use Forgot password to reset.
- Wrong email: Create a new account with the correct email or contact support to review options.
- Profile updates: Open your account settings from the top right menu after signing in.
Courses and learning
- Access materials: Enter your course and use the tabs for Outline, Videos, Discussions, and Progress.
- Assignments and quizzes: Follow the due dates on the course Outline. Submit before the due time.
- Discussions: Post questions in course discussions. Be respectful and follow the Code of Conduct.
Payments and certificates
- Payments: If your course requires payment, instructions are shown on the enrollment page.
- Invoices or proof of payment: Upload or send according to the course instructions if requested.
- Certificates: If enabled, certificates appear on the course Progress page after you meet requirements.
Technical tips
- Use a modern browser. Clear cache if pages do not load correctly.
- Enable cookies and JavaScript.
- For video issues, try a lower playback quality or a different browser.
- If you see an error, take a screenshot and include your browser version when you email support.
